As an Interior and furniture designer / office C.E.O my role is always dynamic around the teams:

• ​Prepare comprehensive design presentations, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients, stakeholders, architects, and the broader team

• Work closely with the architectural project teams to ensure seamless integration of interior and furniture design plans into the overall process  

• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project cost

• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

• Create innovative furniture design concepts that integrate seamlessly with the architectural vision, enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of various spaces

• Develop detailed furniture layouts, including accurate measurements,

• furniture selections, and material specifications, while ensuring alignment with architectural plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of design projects, including plans,

• specifications, and communication with clients and the architectural team

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source furniture pieces that meet design specifications, architectural integrity, and quality standards

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to both furniture design and architecture, ensuring alignment with the latest developments

• Team management :

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a

• collaborative and innovative design environment

• Create a timeline for each project with designers ensuring deliveries and deadlines of each phase of the project.

• Check for any missing communication and take necessary action.

• Client interface :

• Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project

• Provide expert advice on furniture styles, colors, textures, and materials that complement the architectural design and create cohesive interiors

• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

• Liaise with the Client for the necessary approval of samples

• Provide necessary technical reports / recommendation as required by the Client for any project specific issues

• Responsible for cultivating and marketing to new clients and maintaining existing client relationships

• Financial & Standards:

• Set costs and project fees according to budget

• Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.

• Ensure awareness and understanding of product range knowledge, sharing the information with customers to encourage sales.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals, while enhancing and developing the business.
